Conditions Générales de l’Atelier d’Art et de Créativité de Konbi

1. Objet

Ces conditions particulières s'appliquent à toutes les inscriptions aux ateliers d'art et de créativité proposés par Konbi Studio. L'inscription à un atelier implique l'acceptation pleine et entière de ces conditions, en complément des CGU générales du studio (voir ci-dessus).

2. Inscription et Paiement

Toute inscription aux ateliers est confirmée après réception du paiement complet. Konbi Studio se réserve le droit de modifier le planning des ateliers selon les besoins organisationnels, en informant les participants dans les meilleurs délais.

3. Annulation et Remboursement

Les séances des ateliers d'art et de créativité sont nominatives, non remboursables au-delà de 14 jours avant le début de l'atelier et peuvent être échangées sous certaines conditions. En cas d'annulation jusqu'à 14 jours avant le début, un remboursement complet est accordé. Passé ce délai, aucune demande de remboursement ne sera acceptée, mais l'inscription pourra être échangée pour une autre session, sous réserve de l'approbation de Konbi Studio et selon les disponibilités.

4. Droits à l'image et Protection des Données Personnelles

En s'inscrivant aux ateliers, les participants acceptent que Konbi Studio puisse utiliser les images de leur travail et leur image personnelle à des fins promotionnelles, sans compensation. Parallèlement, Konbi Studio s'engage à respecter la confidentialité et la sécurité des données personnelles fournies par les participants (nom, prénom, Email, téléphone), conformément à sa "Data & Cookie Policy" (voir ci-dessus). Cela inclut le droit des participants de modifier ou supprimer leurs informations personnelles. Les participants souhaitant exercer ces droits sont invités à contacter Konbi Studio.

5. Responsabilité

Konbi Studio s'engage à fournir tout le matériel nécessaire à l'activité, excepté les supports personnels spécifiques mentionnés lors de l'inscription et dont la liste complète est accessible sur la page de l'atelier (https://www.konbi-studio.com/fr/atelier).
